Why We Charge a COD Fee?

Cash on Delivery is convenient, but many COD orders are refused by customers, even after confirmation. This leads to inventory delays, doubled shipping costs, and an additional ₹40 COD fee charged by the courier company. To cover these risks and continue offering COD, we charge a ₹99 fee.
