At WOGO Fit®, we’re committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes, things don’t work out. Here’s everything you need to know about our return, exchange, and refund process.


Return Policy

COD Orders:

      • You may request a return within 2 days of delivery.
      • Please note: The ₹99 Cash on Delivery (COD) fee is non-refundable.
      • Uncollected COD orders that are returned will not be eligible for refunds.

Prepaid Orders:

      • Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
      • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Exchange Policy

We offer free exchanges within 7 days of delivery for size or product issues, subject to availability.
Exchange will only be accepted after our team inspects and approves the returned item.

Refund Policy – What You Must Know

Once your return is approved, here’s the step-by-step timeline:

1. Pickup Process:

      • After we process your return request (within 24 hours), we inform the courier company.
      • The courier may take 3–4 days to pick up your product, depending on their availability.

2. Return Transit:

      • After pickup, it can take up to 8 days for the product to reach our warehouse.

3. Quality Check:

      • We verify that the returned product matches the original shipment (unused, unworn, unwashed).
      • Returns failing the quality check will not be refunded.

4. Refund Processing:

      • Once approved, refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Total time for a refund can be 14–18 days from the date of your return request.

Important Notes

    • Products that are used, damaged, worn, washed, or altered will not be eligible for return or exchange.
    • Personalized or special-order items are non-returnable.
    • COD charges are not refundable.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, WhatsApp us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll resolve it quickly with a refund or replacement.
