At WOGO Fit®, we’re committed to providing a smooth shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s everything you need to know about our return, exchange, and refund process.


Return Policy

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Return requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
  • The ₹99 Cash on Delivery (COD) fee is non-refundable.
  • Uncollected COD orders are not eligible for refunds.

Prepaid Orders

  • Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Exchange Policy

We offer free exchanges within 7 days of delivery for size or product issues, subject to availability.

Exchanges are processed only after our team inspects and approves the returned item.

Refund Policy – What You Must Know

Once your return is approved, here’s how the process works:

1. Pickup Arrangement

  • Return requests are processed within 24 hours.
  • Courier pickup may take 3–4 days, depending on availability.

2. Return Transit

  • After pickup, the product may take up to 8 days to reach our warehouse.

3. Quality Check

  • Returned items are verified to ensure they are unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Items that fail quality checks will not be refunded.

4. Refund Processing

  • Once approved, refunds are initiated within 7 business days.

Total refund timeline: 14–18 days from the date of return request.

Important Notes

  • Products that are used, damaged, worn, washed, or altered are not eligible.
  • Personalized or special-order products are non-returnable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please WhatsApp us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll resolve it quickly with a replacement or refund.
